This 9-hour adventure includes visits to three distilleries, guaranteed reservations, a delicious local lunch, private transportation, and an expert Tour Leader. All tours depart from your chosen location in Louisville. Guests outside of Louisville may incur additional fees based on their location.

Where do you pick up and drop-off for Private Tours?

All tours depart from your chosen location in Louisville. Guests residing outside of Louisville, KY may incur additional fees based on their location.

Can I swap a distillery for a brewery, winery or horse farm?

Absolutely! You’ll work directly with one of our team members to create your perfect itinerary. Please note that additional costs may apply for alternative or premium experiences.

Where will we have lunch? Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? Is gratuity for lunch included in full tour price?

Our team will handle reservations at one of our local restaurant partners. Lunch will feature a fixed menu, with gratuity included. Restaurants can accommodate dietary restrictions, as long as they are communicated in advance of the tour day.

How far in advance of our visit should we book our tour with you?

We recommend booking as soon as your travel dates are set. During busy seasons, some tours and experiences can sell out 2-3 months in advance, while in quieter times, you might find availability with just a few days’ notice. Private tours can be arranged well in advance or on short notice. To ensure you get your preferred destinations and vehicle, it’s best to contact us as soon as you have your headcount and dates.

The most popular months to visit Kentucky are April, May, June, September, and October.

Cancellations

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Once confirmed, reservations are non-refundable, and tickets are valid only for the date purchased. If you have any questions regarding your tour, please feel free to contact us. In the event your tour is impacted by circumstances such as travel restrictions, government regulations, distillery closures, or similar issues, you will receive a full credit voucher, valid for one year from the original tour date.
