To secure your tour reservation, payment is required at the time of booking. Once confirmed, reservations are final and non-refundable, guaranteeing your spot for an unforgettable experience. Tickets are valid only for the selected date. For any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. If your tour is impacted by travel restrictions or distillery closures, you will receive a full credit voucher, valid for one year from your original tour date.
