Are there age restrictions on bourbon tours?

To legally drink in Kentucky, you must be 21 years of age and present a valid form of identification. Guests who are underage or without proper ID will not be permitted to consume alcohol on the NB Executive Shuttle bus or at any distillery. However, most distilleries allow underage guests to participate in tours without tasting spirits. Please note that the tour price remains the same whether or not you choose to drink alcohol.

For ticketed public bourbon tours through NB Executive Shuttle, children must be 12 years of age or older to participate.

Do I have to drink on a bourbon tour?

Absolutely not! Many guests choose to explore Bourbon Country without ever tasting bourbon. Our bourbon tours dive into the rich history of America’s native spirit and the craftsmanship behind it, providing a fascinating experience for everyone. Whether you decide to sip or abstain, every guest leaves with a deeper appreciation for both the spirit and the state of Kentucky.

Can I bring alcohol on the tour bus?

Yes! On public tours, NB Executive Shuttle guests are welcome to bring a cooler (12×12 inches or smaller) with snacks and beverages. Please note, you must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol, and we encourage all travelers to drink responsibly. Ice and bottled water are provided on all NB Executive Shuttle tours for your convenience.

Where should I park for my Ticketed Tour that departs from the Omni Hotel?

All public tours depart from downtown Louisville. For convenient parking, we recommend the Omni Parking Garage or Starks Garage, both located directly across the street from the Omni Hotel.

Cancellations

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Once confirmed, reservations are non-refundable. Tickets are only valid for the date purchased. If you have any questions about your tour, please don’t hesitate to contact us. In the event that your tour is affected by circumstances such as travel restrictions, government regulations, distillery closures, or similar issues, you will receive a full credit voucher to be used within one year from your original tour date.
